Ingredients
1.5 lb Baby Dutch yellow potatoes
Salt
Dry oregano
Dry cilantro
Dry rosemary leaves
Olive oil (spray or liquid) or butter
- Utensils
Oven
Baking sheet
Aluminum foil
Cutting board
Knife
Recipe Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400oF.
- Wash and dry the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes in half. For large potatoes, cut them horizontally.
- Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Spray the baking sheet with oil (or butter).
- Sprinkle salt onto the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle oregano, cilantro, and rosemary.
- Place the potatoes cut side down. Rub the potatoes into the salty/spices mix on the bottom of the pan.
- Spray the top of the potatoes with more oil. Sprinkle salt, oregano, cilantro, and rosemary over the potatoes.
- Bake for 25 minutes on the bottom rack of the oven.
- When ready, let them cool for about 10 minutes.
- You can serve these potatoes with some guacamole, your preferred sauce, or a hot sauce.
