The Rebeye cut is one of the most tender and juiciest cuts of meat you can find on the market. In this recipe, you can make a delicious Rebeye done to perfection on the grill, and share it at a gathering or with your family. Accompany it with a good, cold beer. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 Ribeye

  • Rosemary to taste

  • Granulated garlic to taste

  • Granulated sea salt (kosher salt) to taste

  • Utensils
  • Spit

  • Cutting board

  • Knife

  • Optional: gloves

Recipe Instructions

  • Give the meat a few shallow cuts on both sides.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Sprinkle granulated garlic and rosemary on both sides.
  • With our hands, we rub the seasoning well.
  • Turn on the roast and wait until it is around 500°F.
  • We put the ribeye,
  • For medium rare, 3 minutes per side.
  • Before taking it out, we are going to put the meat on the sides for a few seconds.
  • We let it rest for about 5 minutes before cutting.
  • We cut the meat into strips so we can enjoy each piece
