Ingredients
1 Ribeye
Rosemary to taste
Granulated garlic to taste
Granulated sea salt (kosher salt) to taste

Knife

Recipe Instructions
- Give the meat a few shallow cuts on both sides.
- Add salt to taste.
- Sprinkle granulated garlic and rosemary on both sides.
- With our hands, we rub the seasoning well.
- Turn on the roast and wait until it is around 500°F.
- We put the ribeye,
- For medium rare, 3 minutes per side.
- Before taking it out, we are going to put the meat on the sides for a few seconds.
- We let it rest for about 5 minutes before cutting.
- We cut the meat into strips so we can enjoy each piece
