Recipe Instructions
- Prepare the seasoning by mixing 1 tablespoon complete seasoning, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 tablespoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon granulated garlic, 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, 2 tablespoons mojo, and 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce or enough soy sauce so that the seasoning is well wet.
- Mix the ingredients well with a spoon. You can make more soy sauce or mojo so that the marinade is well-wet.
- Season the ribs in a large container.
- Turn on the broiler; it should be at 500°F.
- We place the ribs on the grill.
- Close the grill.
- After about 10-15 minutes, we turn the ribs and moisten them with the same seasoning or with a little butter.
- Let’s cook for about 10-15 more minutes or until they are well roasted. Do not overcook them so that they do not dry out and burn.
- If you want to accompany the ribs with some good corn on the cob, marinate the corn on the cob with butter, salt, rosemary, and granulated garlic.
- We roast at 500°F.
