Recipe Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350oF.
- Cut the parchment paper to the same size as the bottom of your baking pan.
- Spray the baking pan with oil (avocado oil or olive oil spray, you may use butter if you prefer).
- Place the parchment paper on the bottom of the baking pan so the brownies won’t stick to it.
- Melt the coconut oil by heating it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Mix all ingredients at medium speed for about 1 minute. The order in which you add the ingredients is not important.
- Increase the speed and mix for about 30 seconds more.
- If you don’t have an electric mixer, you can also mix the ingredients by hand. Make sure you mix them well so your mixture is uniform.
- Make sure all the ingredients are well mixed using your spatula to incorporate any sticking to the sides of the mixing bowl.
- If you’ve made brownies before with regular flour, you will notice this mix is denser.
- Once all the ingredients are well blended, transfer the brownie mix to the baking pan. With the spatula, make sure the brownie mix is well distributed.
- Add chocolate chips on top of the brownie mix (add more for a sweeter brownie, add less for a more subtle brownie.) You may replace these with nuts or caramel (or even marshmallows!).
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Once ready, let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy!
