Ingredients
1/2 Cup Triple sec
3 Ounces tequila (Monte Alban)
3/4 Cup Lime flavored Margarita mix (Tres Agaves)
Salt or sugar for the rim of the glass
Tajin seasoning (a blend of chili peppers, lime and sea salt)
Ice
1 Lime
- Utensils
Cutting board
Knife
Blender
Small or container for the salt (tajin or sugar)
Margarita glass
Recipe Instructions
- In the blender, add 3 shots of tequila (adjust if you want your Margarita stronger or milder), triple sec, and Margarita mix.
- If you want a frozen Margarita, add ice.
- Blend for about 30 seconds at high speed.
- Put salt (sugar or tajin) on a small plate or container.
- Cut the lime in half. Pass the lime over the rim of the glass.
- Rub the rim of the glass over the salt (or sugar/tajin).
- If serving your Margarita on the rocks, add ice to the glass.
- Pour the margarita into your glass.
- With the other half of the lime, cut a lime wheel for garnish.
- Enjoy!
