Chimichurri sauce is one of the most popular sauces to accompany a delicious barbecue. This sauce not only enhances the flavor of phenomenal meat, but it also provides the exquisite flavor of a cilantro mixture with other ingredients that you will want to make every time you eat a good steak or pork meat. Enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • 3 bunches of cilantro

  • 1 bunch of parsley

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 lime

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • Red pepper to taste

  • 1 ½ tbsp of white vinegar

  • Utensils
  • Cutting board

  • Knife

  • Lime squeezer

  • Mid size bowl

Recipe Instructions

  • Finely cut the cilantro (as small as possible) and place it inside the bowl.
  • Finely cut the parsley (as small as possible) and place it inside the bowl.
  • Finely cut the garlic and add it to the bowl.
  • Add the juice of 1 lime.
  • Add salt and red pepper to taste.
  • Mix well.
  • Add enough olive oil to cover all the ingredients.
  • Taste and adjust the flavor by adding salt and/or red pepper to taste.
  • Accompany it with a good steak or tostones.
  • Enjoy it!
