This sauce not only enhances the flavor of phenomenal meat, but it also provides the exquisite flavor of a cilantro mixture with other ingredients that you will want to make every time you eat a good steak or pork meat. Ingredients
3 bunches of cilantro
1 bunch of parsley
2 garlic cloves
1 lime
Salt to taste
1 cup olive oil
Red pepper to taste
1 ½ tbsp of white vinegar

Mid size bowl
Recipe Instructions
- Finely cut the cilantro (as small as possible) and place it inside the bowl.
- Finely cut the parsley (as small as possible) and place it inside the bowl.
- Finely cut the garlic and add it to the bowl.
- Add the juice of 1 lime.
- Add salt and red pepper to taste.
- Mix well.
- Add enough olive oil to cover all the ingredients.
- Taste and adjust the flavor by adding salt and/or red pepper to taste.
- Accompany it with a good steak or tostones.
- Enjoy it!
