Ingredients

  • 5 to 7 boxes of jello of multiple colors and flavors

  • 1 cup hot water per box of Jello

  • 1 cup cold or room-temperature water per box of Jello

  • Optional: sugar to taste

  • 1 can condensed milk

  • 1 can evaporated milk

  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin

  • ½ cup hot water

  • Utensils
  • Blender

  • Can opener

  • 1 glass container for every box of gelatin

  • 1 big glass baking pan

  • 1 spoon for every gelatin

Recipe Instructions

  • Dissolve each gelatin in a separate glass container in 1 cup of hot water.
  • Once dissolved, add 1 cup of cold water and mix thoroughly. Consider using ½ cup to achieve a firmer gelatin consistency.
  • Place the gelatin in the fridge until firm (about 4 to 6 hours). You may leave overnight.
  • Once the gelatins are firm, take them out of the fridge.
  • Cut them into squares and place them in the glass baking pan. It may be easier to cut the gelatins while in the glass container and then remove them.
  • Make sure you mix the colors well.
  • Instructions for the Preparation of the Creamy Milk
  • Mix 1 can of evaporated milk and 1 can of condensed milk in the blender (about 1 minute).
  • In a small container, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 1 cup of hot water.
  • Once dissolved, add the unflavored gelatin to the blender. It’s best if the blender is running in low when adding the gelatin so it doesn’t solidify before it has a chance to mix well with the milks.
  • Blend for 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour the creamy milk gelatin over the multi-colored gelatins on the glass baking pan.
  • Place the pan back in the fridge until firm (about 4 to 6 hours, preferably overnight).
